ABOUT JCI MALAYSIA TRAINING

Training events in the JCI Malaysia is one of the most dynamic. The organization regarded training as the cornerstone in providing its membership the necessary skills and knowledge in operating their projects as well as managing their respective organizations.

JCI Malaysia actively adopted the concept, programs and principles of JCI TRAINING. TROT or Training of Trainers has seen many of our members became respected trainers back in the 80’s. Since 1990’s, we have seen JCI Prime Coaching Course producing numerous trainers for the organization.

Training in the Malaysia is being managed by the National Training Institute which has a constitutional mandate of making JCI Training programs available to all members. The institute is composed of a National Chairman and other commissioners.

Training directorate in the Malaysia runs the programs of the commission through its regional and area directors. A National Training Director is being appointed by the National President to help oversee the implementation of key training programs.
